Cancellation and Refund Policies

In case of delay and cancellation of reserved flights due to adverse weather conditions or other disaster

   1. Passengers can make change on flight dates/times/routes/names without any additional charge, but tickets are not refundable under any circumstances
   2. Reimbursement of the full cost of the ticket or use other transportation services will be offered.
   3. If the passengers do not wish to travel, a full refund upon application will be made available
      - In the case passengers holding round-trip ticket that fly in the same day, a full refund will be provided for both flights.
      - In the case passengers holding round-trip ticket that fly in the different, a refund will be provided only for the flight that has been canceled.
   4. If the Kan Air need to cancel the flight due to any weather conditions, Kan Air will not take an obligation or responsibility for the connecting flight that the passengers has with another airline.

In case of delay and cancellation of reserved flights due to aircraft maintenance but Kan Air have told less than 3 days. Passenger can choose one of the following below options.

   1. Reimbursement of the full cost of the ticket will be offered.
   2 Transfer passenger to another airline by the same destination in order to passenger willing to travel.
   3. In case of passenger wish to transfer to other transportation services (Bus)
      - Passengers can make open ticket for 90 days on the flight that is cancelled without any additional charge.
      - Passenger who wishes to transfer to other transportation services will get 1200 baht compensation.
      - If the Kan Air needs to cancel the flight due to any weather conditions, Kan Air will not take an obligation or responsibility for the connecting flight that the passengers has with another airline.

In case of cancellation but Kan Air have told before 3 days

   1. If the passengers do not wish to travel, a full refund upon application will be made available.

   3. Kan Air will not take an obligation or responsibility for the connecting flight that the passengers has with another airline.

In case of delay

   1. Flight delay for more than 2 hours but less than 3 hours
      - Passengers will be offered free meals and refreshments plus free telephone calls, fax messages, or emails
   2. Flight delay for more than 3 hours but less than 5 hours
      - Passengers will be offered free meals and refreshments plus free telephone calls, fax messages, or emails
      - Passengers may request for reimbursement of the full cost of the ticket, change the flight, or use other transportation services
   3. Flight delay for more than 5 hours but less than 6 hours
      - Passengers will be offered free meals and refreshments plus free telephone calls, fax messages, or emails
      - Passengers may request for reimbursement of the full cost of the ticket, change the flight, or use other transportation services and get up to 600 baht compensation unless Kan Air can proof that the delay is caused by unavoidable accident.
   4. Flight delay for more than 6 hours
      - Passengers will be treated with the same standard as flight cancellation policy
